BC Exteriors did a very good job of tear off and cleanup I did not find any debri worth noting after the job was done. The company kept me well notified as to the timeline of the job and it was done in one day. I also had new 6" gutters installed with stainless gutter guard. I did find some debri from the existing gutter removal but just a few screws because the existing gutter was fastened with long screws to the facia. My gutters work beautifully with the "monsoon type" rains we have had this summer. Chad, one of the owners, is very personable and listens to your needs and wants. We used BC Exteriors to replace/install a solar skylight. Without asking they used a brand name product Velux . His explanations were thorough and informative to the point that I had talking points for subsequent quotes. This made it easier to rule out other companies. Both owners were available to answer additional questions prior to the project starting. Stephen, the project manager, was fantastic to deal with. Personable and detail oriented. You’re in good hands if you’re not able to be on site the day your roof is installed. We hired BC exteriors to do a complete redeck and install a new roof on our large ranch. Brian and Chad were very knowledgeable and thorough with their original proposal, walking the roof and checking the attic to determine there was a high likelihood I would need a complete redeck.
